Deep with the Fortress of Solitude, Superman was resting and watching what was going on in the world. He watched as the alarms went off in the city of Metropolis. Hearing the cries for help in his ears, he decided to leave his Fortress and head to the city. Once there he saw 3 criminals using a helicopter to shoot up the place. Hovering not far from where the helicopter was, he saw what they were doing and went to stop them.

Seeing Superman standing in front of them and with his arms crossed he said, "Stand Down and place your hand's where I can see them"

"I don't think so Superman." the criminal shouted to Superman.

Superman took a deep breath and blew causing the helicopter wheels to freeze. It started to fall and Superman grabbed the helicopter and brought it down to the waiting police. He said, "There all yours officers."

They arrested the 3 criminals who had escaped prison only a week earlier. They were all placed in the police truck. They tied them to the ground of the truck, so that they couldn't escape the van. Guards went inside to keep watch, while the truck heading back to the station.
